Oreo Cupcakes

I am actually not a huge Oreo fan, but I saw these cupcakes on a blog a while ago and have made them for a few BBQs over the years. I have a few variations - I make my own whipped vanilla frosting, use lowfat cream cheese for the filling mixture, etc. They are always a crowd pleaser and appeal to kids and adults alike.
