Pretty Paper!

As much as I love the new stationery I ordered from The Paper Cafe, I was really impressed by the customer service. I received both an official email confirmation and a personal email from someone on staff- how great is that? I can't wait for the cards to arrive in the mail- I'm taking advantage of my still monogrammable name (my new last name will be of the Irish variety- O'---- very tricky indeed for monogramming!).

Thanks for the tip! Customer service is getting to be the first thing my husband and I consider on both small as well as large purchases. And why not? If we're spending money, it makes sense for the experience to be as pleasant and rewarding as possible. We've got no patience anymore for surly unhelpfulness or just plain incompetence.

The finace is making fun of me and saying the mourning of my monogrammable name is very southern of me.
